All M13/pUC primers are complementary to sequence in the M13 and pUC vectors (1). These primers will yield sequencing data for inserts cloned in these vectors. In addition to these vectors sequencing data will be obtained for all templates/vectors containing the lacZ sequences. The product is supplied as a lyophillized powder, after reconstitution store at -20 C. Oligo purity is greater than 98% as determined by denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 1. Messing J.
