This primer can be used to sequence inserts, and can be used with the Lambda gt10 reverse primer (catalog # 26-3000-11) to amplify the insert using polymerase chain reaction. The product is supplied as a lyophilized powder, after reconstitution store at -20 C. Oligo purity is greater than 98% as determined by denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
