Sequencing data will be obtained for all templates containing the Class III RNA polymerase promoter sequences. The product is supplied as a lyophilized powder, after reconstitution store at -20oC. Oligo purity is greater than 98% as determined by denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
