Sequencing data will be obtained for all templates containing the Class III T3 RNA polymerase promotor sequences. This primer in addition contains sequence complementary to Stratagenes's pBluescript plasmid flanking the T3 sequence. The product is supplied as a lyophillized powder, after reconstitution store at -20oC. Oligo purity is greater than 98% as determined by denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
