AP Detection buffer 10X (Alkaline Phosphatase buffer) is a concentrate buffer specifically formulated for Alkaline Phosphatase based detection protocol. This buffer can be used at 1X concentration for anti-digoxigenin alkaline phosphatase conjugated antibody and oligo-Alkaline phosphatase conjugated based chemiluminescent detection system.
